We look forward to an absolute goldmine of world class musicians playing in the VPR listening area during St. Patrick's Weekend....including Dervish, Mick Moloney, Natalie McMaster, and Quebecois supergroup Le Vent du Nord....Wear green, and remember to set your timepieces forward !

Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy will return to the Chandler Center for the Arts for a spirited celebration of St. Patrick’s Day on Saturday March 16th at 7:30 p.m.
 

Hillari Farrington and Benedict Koehler will present a program entitled "Bright Vision: How Blind Irish Musicians became the Royalty of Irish Music" from 10 until noon on Saturday March 16 at the Fletcher Free Library in Burlington. 
 
 
The Ed Larkin Dancers present a Family Contra Dance at the Tunbridge Town Hall with live music on Friday March 15th at 7:30 p.m. All dances taught!

Nectar's in Burlington presents Beg Steal and Borrow w/ 14 Strings featuring Pappy Biondo and Gordon Stone on Saturday March 16th.
 
There will be A Traditional Festa Italiana at the White Church in Bethel on Saturday March 16th from 3-7 p.m. featuring Food, dancing, live music and more. Free Registration (required) at:

Next Stage Arts Project and Twilight Music presents The Stockwell Brothers on Saturday, March 16th at 7 p.m. at the Next Stage Cafe at 15 Kimball Hill in downtown Putney.

Lucy Kaplansky will be holding a CD release party for her new recording "Everyday Street" at Cafe Lena in Saratoga Springs on Friday March 15th.

The Barre Opera House presents Dervish on Saturday March 16th at 7:30 p.m.

The Durham County Poets will be performing at Brandon Music on Friday March 15th at 7:30 p.m.

There will be a Tinmouth Community Center Contra Dance on Friday, March 15th  at 8 p.m. with Adina Gordon calling and with live music by Cedar, Anne and David.

Dave Keller will be performing solo at the Idyltime in Stowe on Friday March  15th at 6 p.m., and at the Lodge at Spruce Peak on Saturday March 16th also at 6 p.m.

Woodchuck's Revenge will be at the Springfield UU Church Coffee House on Saturday, March 16th at 7 p.m.

Young Tradition Vermont presents Irish supergroup Green Fields of America, featuring Mick Moloney Robbie O'Connell, and Billy McComiskey on Monday March 18th at the Flynnspace in Burlington at 7 p.m.

Le Vent du Nord and De Temps Antan will perform together on the Flynn Mainstage in Burlington on Friday March 15th at 8 p.m.

The PM Sunday series, held at the Richmond Congregational Church, presents the Page Turners on Sunday March 17th at 4 p.m. 
 

Robert Resnik has been the host of All the Traditions, Vermont Public's folk and world music show, since 1996. He is the winner of the 2019 Herb Lockwood Prize In the Arts, an honor that rewards the pinnacle of arts leadership in Vermont and is the recipient of the 2022 Margaret L Kannenstine Award for Arts Advocacy from the Vermont Council of the Arts.
