Wednesday, Nov. 21 at noon: Join Vermont Edition for a lesson is bread-baking and a stroll down food-memory lane with King Arthur Flour's head baker and cookbook author, Martin Phillip.

Wednesday, Nov. 21 at 6:20 p.m.: Listen back to this episode from 2015 of Outdoor Radio when we flock to Dead Creek Wildlife Management to follow a blizzard of snow geese. (Listen again at 7:45 a.m., Thursday, during Morning Edition).

Thursday, Nov. 22 at noon: Turkey Confidential with host Francis Lam. Lam takes calls and comes to the rescue of Thanksgiving cooks, kitchen helpers, and dinner guests. Lam will be joined by former Splendid Table host, Lynne Rossetto Kasper as well as chefs Dorie Greenspan, Pati Jinich, and Samin Nosrat.
