The percentage of Vermonters without health insurance is the second lowest in the nation, and has reduced significantly in the last several years. In 2012, 6.8 percent of Vermont's population was uninsured. Last year that number was 3.7%.
We'll discuss why those numbers are so low, and what it means for doctors and patients in Vermont, with Robin Lunge, the state's Director of Health Care Reform, and Peter Stirling, Director of Vermont Leads, a health care advocacy group. We'll also discuss the future of health care reform in this state.
