Jam Bakery baker-owner Shiel Worcester stands at the counter inside her mobile bakery.

Find out more about baker-owner Sheil Worcester and Jam Bakery's beginnings by reading Clancy's Seven Days story, "Grilling the Chef: Shiel Worcester of Jam Bakery."
