What are the five foods you cannot do without? Sally Pollak of the Burlington Free Press asked lots of people that question and the answers ranged from gummy bears to peanut butter to Velveeta!

Sally started her search after reading Edward Behr's50 Foods: The Essentials of Good Taste. She pared it down to five. This week's program is a lively conversation that will make you think about the five foods you couldn't live without.

You can read about Sally's conversations with family, colleagues and local chefs in the Free Press.
