Some couples manage to divorce amicably, but if there are children involved, things can sometimes get messy. What factors do judges consider when they are determining parental responsibility, child support, visitation, and alimony? How can mediation be used? What challenges do low income Vermonter's face in Family Court?

We'll learn all about the ins and outs of Family Court with Mark Keller, an attorney and former Superior Court judge, and Sandy Baird, a professor at Burlington College.

Also on the show...why have there been so many home fires this winter? We'll hear from Doug Bishop of the American Red Cross about the fires they've responded to and what fire safety tips they recommend.

Broadcast live on Monday, February 24th at noon; rebroadcast at 7 p.m.
