The Shumlin administration is working toward switching to an all-payer model for heatlth care.

Governor Shumlin's proposal to switch to an all-payer model for health care would overhaul how care is paid for in Vermont. We're talking about how it would work, and what the change would mean for patients and providers.

We're joined by Al Gobeille, chair of the Green Mountain Care Board. We're also talking to Paul Harrington, executive director of the Vermont Medical Society; Trinka Kerr, chief health care advocate for Vermont Legal Aid; Bea Grause, executive director of the Vermont Association of Hospitals and Health Systems; and Amy Cooper, executive director of HealthFirst.

Broadcast live on Fri., Feb. 12, 2016 at noon; rebroadcast at 7 p.m.

Bob Kinzel has been covering the Vermont Statehouse since 1981 — longer than any continuously serving member of the Legislature. With his wealth of institutional knowledge, he answers your questions on our series, "Ask Bob."
