Courtesy of Kingdom County Productions
"Maddy" is one of a few dozen people featured in "All Of Me," a film that explores the dynamics of eating disorders.

"When you see see your child so ... like a skeleton, it's terrifying," a mother says into the camera. "When we were in New York, people would walk up to her and say, 'Oh! You must be a model!' which made it even more horrific."  Maddy's is one of several stories told in the documentary All of Me, by Vermont filmmaker Bess O'Brien. In the film, O'Brien explores the psychology and underlying causes of eating disorders and the damage they can ravage on the individuals who suffer from them, as well as on their families. We talk with O'Brien and with Bree Greenberg-Benjamin, whose alternative therapeutic approach is featured in the film, about eating disorders and their treatment.
