Art Hounds: Drama, Dancing, Local Folk And Blues

This weekend, take in a play in Burlington, come in from the cold for some live music  in Townshend or watch dancers onstage in West Rutland.

Thursday, Nov. 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Windham Hill Inn in Townshend: Coming In From The Cold music series featuring Sunny Lowdown at Windham Hill Inn, live local music in an intimate atmosphere suggested by Chris Fischetti of Rockingham.

Thursday, Nov. 10 through Saturday, Nov. 12 at The Offcenter for the Dramatic Arts in Burlington: "The Other Middle Ages," produced by Small Potatoes Theater Company, suggested by Peg Tassey from Burlington.

Saturday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. at West Rutland Town Hall Theater:  8th Annual Dancing Darkly, suggested by Sarah Vogelsang-Card from Waterbury.

Saturday, Nov. 12 at 7:30 p.m. at NextStage Arts in Putney: Cedric Burnside Project, the grandson of blues legend R.L. Burnside and his band play a blend of traditional blues and new-school funk, recommended by Lou Erlanger of Brattleboro.

Sunday, Nov. 13 at 4 p.m. at the UCW church in Westford: O'hAnleigh Irish Music Band recommended by Marjorie Hamrell of Westford.
