From Muddy Waters' First Album, To Jackson Browne's Newest

We bid farewell to July with waltzes (as always!), Chicago blues, hot turlutte from Joliet, Quebec, Stan and Nathan Rogers, and much more.

This program will air on Sunday July 25th from 7 - 10 p.m.

This Week's calendar announcements:

Quebecois fiddler extraordinaire Lisa Ornstein will be making a rare local appearance and will play a short concert with Vermont fiddler extraordinaire Pete Sutherland on Friday, July 30th from 7-8 p.m. The concert is part of the Summit School's Trad Camp Weekend for kids that's happening from July 30-Aug. 1, and it is open to the public. It will be held outdoors at the Orchard Valley Waldorf School campus in East Montpelier, VT. Bring a chair or a blanket, and a picnic dinner if you want. Admission is by donation; all proceeds will go to support Trad Camp.

The Chester Summer Music Series presents the Party Crashers on Thursday July 29th at 6:30 p.m. on the Academy Lawn directly across from the Green in downtown Chester. Open and free to the public. Rain venue is the American Legion Post #67, Rt. 103 South.

On Friday July 30th Carol Hausner and Jonathan “Doc” Kaplan will play at Highland Lodge, Greensboro from 6 - 8 p.m., in a venue that features outside covered seating.

On Thursday July 29th at Rumbles Pub at Sugarbush Resort in Warren, The Vermont Bluegrass Pioneers will be performing starting at 5:30 p.m.
