The Dave Keller Band will be performing soul and blues for the Burnham Music Series at Burnham Hall, 52 River Rd. in Lincoln, on Saturday, December 11th. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30

Low Lily will be playing with Matt Flinner at the Chandler Center for the Arts in Randolph on
Friday December 10th.

Next Stage Arts Project and Twilight Music bring the music of New Orleans to Vermont with the Soggy Po' Boys on Saturday, December 11 at 7:30 pm at Next Stage at 15 Kimball Hill in downtown Putney.

London-born, Oxford-educated touring artist Rupert Wates brings his thoroughly American acoustic folk steeped in deep wells of cabaret and jazz to Stage 33 Live in Bellows Falls, VT, on Sunday, December 12th at 7:00 p.m. Local favorite Josh Maiocco opens.

The Nova Scotia band Còig, winners of the 2020 Canadian Folk Music Awards, will perform a holiday concert on Saturday December 11th at the Barre Opera House.

Spruce Peak Arts presents the Squirrel Nut Zippers Holiday Caravan on Wednesday December 8th at 7pm

There will be an evening of Celtic harp and cello with Rachel Clemente and McKinley James on Thursday December 9th. The duo met in Brattleboro, Vermont and performed for the Ministry of Folk last spring. They performed for the Brattleboro Dance School in August and will be presenting at the renowned Boston Celtic Music Festival in 2022. Tickets for this virtual event will be on a sliding scale. For the final concert of 2021, Brandon Music welcomes Bloodroot Gap to Brandon Music on Saturday December 11th at 7:30pm. Performing their special combination of bluegrass, jazz, Celtic and traditional American string music, steeped in the hills of Vermont this concert promises to provide an incredible night of entertainment from some of Vermont’s finest musicians.

Robert Resnik has been the host of All the Traditions, VPR's folk and world music show, since 1996. He is the winner of the 2019 Herb Lockwood Prize In the Arts, an honor that "aims to reward the pinnacle of arts leadership in a state blessed with creative energy disproportionate to its population." He is also the recipient of the 2022 Magaret Kannestine Arts Advocacy Award from the Vermont Arts Council, and is a 2023 inductee to the International Folk Alliance's FolkDJ Hall of Fame.
