Student Composer Showcase: Johna Saltsman

April's Student Composer Johna Saltsman in rehearsal.

April’s Student Composer Showcase is JohnaSaltsman, a senior at North Country Union High School in Newport, Vermont. Johna has had a musical upbringing, and has been performing almost all her life. Her work Jazzy Quintet went on tour with the Vermont Symphony Orchestra’s Brass Quintet.

The Student Composer Showcase is produced in collaboration with Music-COMP's online mentoring program.
