Lebanon Reconsiders Ordinance Banning Overnight Camping

Months after postponing the passage of an ordinance that some say criminalizes homeless, the city of Lebanon, New Hampshire is bringing the ordinance back up for consideration.

VPR's Upper Valley reporter Rebecca Sananes speaks about the work of the task force and what revisions have been made to the ordinance.
